Where to eat:

Where to sweat:
Since you’re so close to the water, it’d be a crime not to take advantage of it. KitesurfSUP run kitesurfing lessons or unlimited weekend passes – it’s the kind of exercise that feels like you’re not actually exercising (until the next day, that is!). If yoga is your exercise of choice The Yoga Garage offers every type of bend and stretch on the spectrum, from hot yoga through to yin. Don’t forget to take a stroll (or run, if you’re an over achiever) along the Scarborough-Trigg Heritage Trail which combines the beauty of the beach with the rugged bush trails of the Trigg Bushland Reserve. The track is made up of three loops totalling 7kms.

Where to relax:
Obviously, the beach is our number one choice for where to spend an hour or two winding down. Catch a wave or two at neighbouring Trigg Beach, Perth’s most consistent surf break, or just people watch on the vast white sandy stretch of Scarborough Beach. If you’ve had your fill of sand and surf, head to the Serene Day Spa for a Body Salt Glow treatment using mineral salt scrubs to stimulate your circulation and your Zen.
