Snorkel Ningaloo Reef
It’s said that Ningaloo Reef rivals even the Great Barrier Reef, not only because of its beauty and diversity but it begins literally walking distance from the beach! With the reef is metres from the shoreline which makes it perfect for families. When you’re tired of breathing through a snorkel, just splash back up to the beach and lay on the pristine sand.

Watch the Sunset Over the Water
If you’re from the east side of Australia, watching the sun set over the water is sure to be a huge novelty. The Vlaming Head Lighthouse is a great spot to catch the sun going down and be sure to pack a picnic and perhaps a bottle of champagne. If you’re in town at the right time, you can also see humpback whales migrating from the headland.
